To be honest, when we first got engaged the thought of hiring a planner never crossed our minds but quickly after having you on board we saw the tremendous benefit of your services.

From day one you took the reins and let Alex and I actually enjoy the months leading up to our wedding. Your approach was simple – listen to & understand what our vision was, give us your expert advice, and deliver!

A few comments on how you made a big difference to us…

Vendors – As I am sure you can appreciate, newly engaged couples are faced with an overwhelming amount of choice when it comes to vendors. Based on your knowledge and expertise, and a solid understanding of what our vision and needs were (i.e. Budget, quality, etc.), you chose vendors for us who delivered everything we were looking for – and MORE.
Designing Trendz did such a phenomenal job with our decor that our guests are still speaking about it. The flowers, lighting, table set-up, and especially the head table were simple breath taking.
We Bake in Heels made the most beautiful and DELICIOUS cupcakes I have ever tasted.
Shugga the band simply made our party one that our guests will never forget.
Prince Limo got us where we needed to be at an extremely reasonable price, on time, and most importantly in-style.
Stephita Invitations created the most elegant invitations that beautifully reflected our wedding theme.

Pre-wedding – I have said this many times before Arthur, you took all of the worry away from Alex and myself and actually allowed us to enjoy the planning process. Your appreciation for organization, your planned schedules and itineraries, your check point meetings with us, and follow-ups with vendors took every worry away that usually haunts a bride a groom (mostly the bride .

The wedding – I still have guests calling me and saying “who was that wedding planner you had, he’s amazing!!”… As with most weddings, I’m sure there were hiccups that happened throughout the day but I can tell you this – I have no idea if there was because I know you would have taken care of it before I even had to get involved. Everything began on time, food was served on time, vendors arrived on time, guests were ushered into the ballroom on time, the set-up was beautiful, speeches began on time and the flow of the ceremony and reception were flawless. Simply put – every little detail was taken care of because of you.

We can’t thank you enough, but I can tell you this; Alex and I will refer your business to any newly engaged couple we come across. You are truly one of a kind Wedding Coordinator, one that is attentive, resourceful, extremely detailed oriented, but also one who knows how to have fun! You have become a great friend Arthur, and we wish you all the best in your future endeavors!!
