DR. ANDREW SCOTT

Andrew Scott is a guitarist, educator and writer who lives in Toronto. Andrew records for the Sackville label ("This One's For Barney" featuring Harry Allen and "Blue Mercer" featuring Mike Murley and Randy Sandke) and performs regularly as a member of the Gene DiNovi "Generations" Trio--having recorded "Three Optimists Live at the Old Mill" for Sackville and "Brand New Morning" for the Japanese label Marshmallow. Andrew, who earned his PhD. in Musicology at York University, is currently on faculty at York, Humber College and The University of Guelph. He is also the Managing Editor of CODA Magazine.
