Fusion Events understands that each clients needs are different and unique. Our agents and certified Wedding Planners are committed to finding the right package for you. The packages below are simply suggestions. We invite you to come in to our office for an initial meeting so we can create a custom wedding package based on your needs and budget. Wedding Planning Packages

Month Of Coordination Package

You've already booked all or most of your vendors and need help pulling it all together. From 6 weeks prior to your wedding Fusion Events provides the following services:

• Set up and attend all final vendor meetings.
• Create a timeline/flow for the event and provide this information to all vendors.
• Complimentary access to our customized online wedding management software which includes:
  • Free initial meeting
  • Budget Tool
  • Guest List Tool
  • Free Wedding Website (tones of great templates)
  • Task calendar with all of your reminders. Can set it up to email you reminders or sync with iCal/Outlook.
  • Helpful Checklists leading up to the big day.
  • And much more...
• Attend wedding rehearsal if required.
• Over see Wedding Ceremony and Reception set up.
• Emergency kit with everything but the kitchen sink for any unforeseen incidents or issues.
• Up to 12hours on site with a qualified assistant.

 

Full Wedding Planning and Design

You are engaged. Congrats! Now you need to start planning the big day but you're not sure where to start or simply don't have the time to worry about all of the finer details. Our Full Wedding Planning Packages include:

• Inspiration and Theme. We provide you with colour ideas, and mock-ups via inspiration boards to give you a visual concept of the theme and look of your wedding.
• Venue Sourcing
• Vendor Selection including, Decor, Stationary, Transportation, Entertainment, Catering, Photography, Video, Officiants and more.
• Complimentary access to our customized online wedding management software which includes:
  • Free initial meeting
  • Budget Tool
  • Guest List Tool
  • Free Wedding Website (tones of great templates)

• Sounding Board - Our main concern is the happiness of the Bride and Groom. Having some issues with family surrounding the wedding? We are your sounding board. As creative problem solvers we will help alleviate any stressful situations as best we can. Just ask.
• Vendor Meetings - we attend them all.
• Creation of the itinerary and flow for the evening to ensure that the days events happen smoothly.
• Coordination between all vendors. Set-up and tear down times. Load-in instructions and special considerations.

Entertainment Packages

The Classic Wedding Package

• Start your ceremony off with one one of our classic string groups.
• Set a sophisticated atmosphere for your cocktail reception with one of our superb award winning jazz artists.
• Dance the night away with one of our classic dance bands for your reception.

The Fantasy Wedding Package

• Have a song(s) arranged and performed specially for you by one of our classic string groups.
• Choose from one of our many talented and award winning jazz artists to perform for your cocktail reception and dinner.
• Have one of our incredible dance bands entertain your guests for the reception.

The "We don't want 'typical'" package

• Be serenaded by one of Canada's leading Saxophone or Trumpet players as you walk down the aisle. Want something really out of the ordinary? How about a brass band and/or sax quartet like "The Shuffle Demons" to play you down the aisle.
• Try injecting some funky latin flavours with one of Nick "Brownman" Ali's internationally acclaimed groups for your cocktail reception or dinner.
• Try one of our funky party bands for you reception. They are not your typical wedding bands.
