On Tuesday, May 13 the Fusion Events Team had the pleasure of attending the Citizen kitchen for a lovely visit with event planner Jodie McBurney, and an incredible lunch created by talented chef, Chris Brown.

With an emphasis on fresh, local, and sustainable foods, the plates coming out of this kitchen are carefully thought out, creatively presented, and full of flavour. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Citizen, and loved chatting with the friendly, dedicated people who make up this new culinary venture.
