PROCESS

Finding talent is the easy part (and it’s not easy at all). Managing and executing a performance at a live or virtual event requires a team of professionals who understand all facets of events. Our process has been refined over twenty years and is designed to make the process easy for our clients at every step of the journey. Using our online entertainment planning system is a breeze and we also provide you with  great wedding and event planning resources,

OUR 7 STEP CUSTOMER SATISFACTION PROCESS

STEP 1.  12 Months + Prior

Find The Perfect Toronto Wedding Band – At Fusion Events you will find a diverse roster of talent that has been screened, vetted, and trained for the sole purpose of delivering exceptional music, entertainment and customer service, Fusion Events is the only entertainment agency in Canada that is run by professional certified wedding planners. What does that mean? It means that we truly understand every aspect of your wedding and are familiar with the common challenges. Already working with a wedding planner? No problem. Our entertainment coordinators will work with your wedding planner to ensure everything goes smoothly.

When you contact Fusion Events our entertainment coordinators will listen to your desires and requirements and subsequently provide you with terrific Toronto wedding bands that suit your style and budget.

To help narrow down your selections we will send you videos and upcoming showcase dates to see the bands live in action.

Once you select the wedding band(s) that suit your taste you will be invited to our office virtual office for a complimentary consultation to go over all of your needs and create a customized package. Once you are happy with the package, a detailed contract will be sent to you…and congratulations you’ve booked a kick-ass Toronto wedding band for your event! Now you can focus on planning other aspects of your event or wedding.

STEP 2. Upon Booking

We will send you a link to your personalized wedding questionnaire where you can input any special requests, first dance songs, and any other special requests you may have including any music you rather not here or any special notes. All of this accessible in the cloud and from the time you book. This makes your music planning super simple. 

STEP 3.  2 Months Prior 

It’s getting close now and there are a few details that usually need to be ironed out at this time. Because we want to make sure there are no issues on the day of, we will contact your venue or wedding planner at this time to confirm floor plans, space requirements, power requirements, and load in instructions. We also confirm if the venue requires us to provide them with our certificate of insurance…and of course we are fully insured for liability and errors and omissions.

STEP 4.  1 Month Prior

At this time our entertainment coordinators will connect with you to finalize schedules and music requests. Struggling to decide what song you should walk down the aisle to?; Don’t have a “song” and need some first dance song suggestions? No problem our entertainment coordinators are well versed in all things music and will make some kick-ass suggestions that you will surely love!

If your venue is one we have never worked at then we will also organize a site inspection on our own time to familiarize ourselves intimately with the venue and surroundings.

STEP 5.  2 Weeks Prior

At this time we will invite you back to our virtual office to finalize and confirm all of the details before finalizing your event itinerary. Due to our vast experience we are often able to offer great suggestions to enhance your wedding day schedule.

At this time all of your music selections are due. Did you want the band to play a specific lesser known song for you first dance, a song for your surprise flashmob etc? In order for the band to learn the song and rehearse we need a minimum of 2 weeks before your event to learn any songs.

Your final balance is also due at this time. Don’t worry…we will remind you in advance!

STEP 6.  1 Week Prior

You will provide us with your full and final event itinerary and we will review for changes and communicate it to the band along with al of the final details they will need. 

STEP 7.  On The Day Of Your Wedding/Event

The first person to arrive is our tech team (when we are providing the AV). Our sound guys arrive 3-6hrs (depending on level of production) before guests arrive to load in and set up the bands sound equipment. Two hours before guests arrive a dedicated Fusion Events rep will arrive on site to make sure everything is as it should be for the band. An hour and half before guests arrive the band will load in and do soundcheck to make sure that from the first note the band plays, the sound is nothing less than perfect. A dedicated Fusion Events rep will stay on site to coordinate with your venue and/or wedding planner to ensure a seamless event.

So, now you know what to expect. You can sit back and relax knowing that you’ve not only hired a kick-ass band but there is a professional team of event professionals behind them to ensure that you will be nothing less than ecstatic!
