- Venue location: Downtown Toronto venues are standard pricing. Events in Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, or other GTA cities may include a small travel fee. Events outside the GTA require a travel quote.
- Event duration: Our base estimates assume a 4-5 hour event. Shorter events may cost less, while extended events (6+ hours) incur additional fees.
- Band size: A 4-piece band costs significantly less than a 10-piece showband. Our tier estimates reflect the typical band sizes for each level.
