Book 6 to 12 months ahead for large events (500+ guests), 3 to 6 months for mid-sized events (100 to 500 guests) and 1 to 3 months for smaller gatherings under 100 guests. December holiday parties and summer dates fill up first, so book those earlier. We can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests, but booking early gives you the widest choice of talent and more time to customize.

Corporate entertainment in Toronto typically costs $2,500 to $5,000 for a smaller event with a single performer, $5,000 to $15,000 for a mid-sized event with several elements, and $15,000 and up for large productions with custom experiences.
