Privacy Policy

Fusion Events Inc. ("Fusion Events", "we", "us") is a Toronto-based event entertainment and production company. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws.

Information we collect

Contact and inquiry details. When you contact us, request a proposal, or book our services, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, company, and event details.
Billing information. When you engage us, we collect the information needed to prepare contracts and invoices, such as billing contacts, addresses, and payment records. Credit card payments are processed by third-party payment processors; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Event participation data. Some of our experiences (for example, song request apps, interactive games, and photo activations) may collect information you choose to submit, such as a display name, song requests, votes, or photos. This data is used to run the experience at your event.
Website analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

How we use information

To respond to inquiries and provide proposals, contracts, and invoices.
To plan, produce, and deliver contracted event services.
To process payments and maintain accounting records.
To send service-related communications about your event or booking.
To improve our website, services, and marketing.

We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We use reputable third-party providers to operate our business, including website hosting and form processing (Netlify), analytics (Google), email and productivity tools (Google Workspace), accounting and invoicing (Intuit QuickBooks), and payment processing. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us and may store data outside of Canada, where it is subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. Contract and accounting records are retained to meet Canadian tax and legal obligations. Event participation data is deleted or anonymized after the event unless otherwise agreed with the event host.

Photos and recordings at events

Photography and recording at private events are governed by our agreement with the event host. If you have questions about images captured at an event you attended, contact us or the event organizer.

Your choices and rights

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link.
You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information.
You may withdraw consent to our handling of your information, subject to legal and contractual limits.
You can block analytics cookies in your browser without affecting site functionality.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information, including access controls, encrypted connections, and reputable hosting providers.
